Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing - Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Provide administrative support to staff as needed -Other tasks related to dental office
Qualifications:
-Dental experience preferred -Experience with Dentrix or other dental software preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in handling multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude Note:
