As a HELP DESK ANALYST, you will serve as a liaison between IS and user department(s).
Directly supports the use of the Help Desk for problem resolution of software, hardware and network issues.
Resolving user problems can take place both over the phone, working with or emulating the user, or in person at the user's location.
Assist the other analysts in completing required daily operations procedures.
These include:
HCIS reports, system backups, monitoring of background jobs or processes, etc.
Perform data entry as required as needed.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent GED.
A
certification is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
